Auto-foaming alkaline detergent, easy to rinse and designed to clean difficult soils.
The foam generated by Alkides 2 Cleanity provides the product with a great adherence to facilitate the application in vertical surfaces, since it considerably increases the contact time of the product with dirt, facilitating cleaning. It clears easily, avoiding the accumulation of foam in the sinks. It contains a combination of highly foaming alkaline products, sequestrants and humectant agents that make Alkides 2 a very effective product against oxidized fats, difficult soils and burned dirt, especially in the food industry.

Dose: 2.5% – 6%
Formulated to be used with foam generating equipment. It is recommended in the daily cleaning of deep fryers, ovens and other surfaces with accumulated resistant soil like floors, walls, conveyor belts. It can be applied by immersion in tanks.
Foam generating equipment: Pre-rinse the surfaces to be cleaned to remove coarse dirt. Apply the product diluted in water between 2,5% and 6%, depending on the present soil. Perfectly cover with foam al surfaces. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with pressurized water.
Reactants: hydrochloric acid 0,1N, phenolphtaleine. Procedure:
1. Take a 5 mL sample of the solution to test.
2. Add two drops of the phenolphtaleine indicator.
3. Add hydrochloric acid 0.1N until the pink colour disappears

This product is compatible with most stainless steels and with plastic materials resistant to strong alkaline solutions. In case of doubt, test each material separately before using the product. Do not use with metals that are not resistant to strong alkaline solutions such as aluminium, brass, copper, etc.
