Non-foaming chlorinated detergent with high alkalinity for medium and soft waters. Registration Number D.G.S.P .: 15-20 / 40-07565-HA and 18-20 / 40-07565.

It complies with the UNE 13697 standard with bactericidal and fungicidal efficacy in dirty conditions. Effective against Salmonella enterica.
Effective in waters of medium and soft hardness (<15oD). Avoids redepositions and incrustations, maintaining the good condition of the installation for longer. Provides deep cleaning, hygiene and deodorization of cleaned areas.
The addition of dispersants to the formula significantly improves the efficiency of cleaning operations whilst protecting the installation from lime scale and dirt.
Suitable for automatic dosing by controlling the concentration through the conductivity of the solution.

Dose: 1%

CIP: Recirculate a 1% dilution of the product, leaving it in contact or recirculation for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
Manual: In the case of cleaning sinks, dilute at 1% with water. Pour 5 L into each drain. Wait 15 minutes. Rinse with water.
Spraying: Dilute 1% with water. Spray with a manual spray gun, spraying backpack or hose on the surface to be disinfected. Leave to act for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
Automatic washing machines: Dose in automatic washing machines at a dilution of 1% depending on the dirt present. Clear out.
Scrubbing machine: Dilute 1% with water. Apply with scrubbing machine. Leave on for 15 minutes. It is not necessary to rinse if the surface is not going to be in contact with food.

Tritation
Reagents: 0.1N sodium thiosulfate, 0.1N hydrochloric acid, phenolphthalein indicator. Material: 10 ml syringe, 5 ml syringe, 50 ml glass.
Process:
1. Take 10 ml of product.
2. Add 10 ml of 0.1 N sodium thiosulfate.
3. Shake the mixture and wait 45 seconds.
4. Add 2 drops of Phenolphthalein Indicator.
5. Titrate with the 0.1N HCl solution until the pink color disappears.
Calculations:
% p / p product = spent titration solution (ml) x 0,31
%v/v product = spent titration solution (ml x 0,26
