Clordec is a detergent enhanced with the disinfecting action of Chlorine to provide a high disinfecting and bleaching power.
Registration Number D.G.S.P .: 17-20/40-06211-HA y 18-20/40-06211.

It complies with the UNE 13697 standard with bactericidal and fungicidal efficacy in dirty conditions. Its efficacy has been tested against Listeria monocytogenes.
Clordec is a highly effective chlorinated disinfectant detergent useful for removing fatty and protein soils. Removes stains and organic dirt very quickly, leaving surfaces clean, deodorized and bleached. Prevents the formation of protein layers that can hinder the correct disinfection of surfaces.
The application of the product in the food industry must be carried out in the absence of food.
Do not mix with other chemical products. Incompatible with acids and other cleaning products. Do not use in cleaning surfaces made of soft metals such as aluminium and galvanized materials. Do not mix with ammonia, salfumant or acidic cleaners.

Aspect: Transparent liquid
Colour: Sligthly yellow
Density at 20ºC: 1,145 g/cc
pH: 13
Solubility: Fully soluble in water
Dose: 1% – 4%

Foam generating equipment: Pre-rinse the surfaces to be cleaned to remove coarse dirt. Apply the product diluted in water between 2% and 4% depending on the hardness of the water and the characteristics of the satellite to obtain a suitable foam. Perfectly cover with foam all surfaces. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with pressurized water
Manual: Dilute the product to 1% with water. Use a scouring pad or brush. Rub and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse.
Immersion: Prepare a dilution of the product to 1% with water. Soak the utensils / tools and leave to act for 15 minutes. Remove from the bath and rinse abundantly.

Tritation
Reagents: 0.1N sodium thiosulfate, 0.1N hydrochloric acid, phenolphthalein indicator. Process:
1. Take 10 ml of product.
2. Add 10 ml of 0.1 N sodium thiosulfate.
3. Shake the mixture and wait 45 seconds.
4. Add 2 drops of Phenolphthalein Indicator.
5. Titrate with the 0.1N HCl solution until the pink color disappears.
Calculations:
% w / w product = spent titration solution (mL) x0,98
%v/v product = spent titration solution (mL) x 0,85
